In naturism size doesn’t matter

This might sound weird but I think it’s true.

A man can be big and strong and impressive, but in the nude that doesn’t matter. The only thing that seems to matter (for those who don’t understand naturism) are the bits of a person that can be seen that are usually hidden.

Indeed, these bits are genitals and female breasts. Naturists know that people come in all shapes and sizes. Being naked, there’s hardly a way around that unless you’re visually handicapped, and even then a person is probably aware of that. (If you have other experiences, please share, I’m genuinely curious.)

These are the ‘problem parts’ for the non-understanding ones. For the people who lived in the repressed environment of clothialism, so to speak.

For me this is another indication that the whole clothing-obsessed world is wrong. The clothialists get further and further away from nature and all things natural, including their own bodies. I have heard stories about people who are so ‘body conscious’ that they don’t even dare to be nude in their own home, when they’re alone and no one can see them.

Isn’t that sad?

People who shower in their underwear. How awful to even consider that.

And for exactly those same repressed people, the size of a penis, a behind or some breasts matters. As if that defines a person. Certifiably bonkers, I tell you. That is now how naturists define people. Because, in naturism, size doesn’t matter. I know big people and tiny people, and they’re beautiful people. I know “beautiful” people who are downright ugly on the inside.

Size doesn’t matter.

People are people.

Do you agree?

Micky’s Summer Resort

I can already hear you wonder: “What is this?”

“This” is a new naturist film, which comes out on Troma on June 1st (as you may have spotted in the image.

THE FILM

“Micky’s Summer Resort” is a motion picture for young adults curious about living free of society’s obsession with clothing. Set in the fictional “Willow Valley Naturist Resort,” this film tells the story of a Catholic schoolboy, Micky Littleton, who learns a lesson in hypocrisy when he’s hired to be a screener at a nudist resort. Little do the residents know, Micky harbors a dark supernatural secret.

From the official Press Kit

This information was sent to me by Tony Young, who produces the film and made everything happen (with the help of a dedicated team, of course).

From what I saw in the press kit, this is going to be a very entertaining film. It’s mostly aimed at a younger audience, but if you feel young at heart, don’t step away from it.

I, for one, am going to take advantage of the free month on Troma to watch this film (provided they let oversea’s watchers in).

These images are taken from the press kit.

Why make a movie about nudists?

Tony Young: As a storyteller, I feel it’s my obligation to write about my life and the people in it.

Nudism has been a part of my life for over twenty years, and having experienced all the misconceptions and for lack of a better term, “noise” brought about through recurring scandals involving nudism and children, I’d noticed that the actual issues affecting teenagers (including myself when I was that age) is loneliness—feeling shut out by their elders. This is a universal problem for all youths, but in a nudist environment, the metaphor of being truly naked is blatantly obvious.

I hope this post is in any way of interest to everyone who has a warm heart for the arts. There aren’t enough films about naturism and nudism, so please share this information all over the place!

Clothes are putting the squeeze on you.

But you already knew that, didn’t you?

I am sure I wrote about that before. It’s never enough, though.

Clothes are body-prisons, they are often too tight. And why? Because ‘we’ have to look slim and fit and tight. If a body isn’t tight, then cloth prisons to the ‘rescue’. How many people do you see in a week whose clothing is too tight? Far more often than you like probably.

Girl in tight pants
Tight…

This can’t be healthy. The skin shows when you wore something that’s too tight – with lines that shouldn’t be there. No one worries about that, because those lines will go away by themselves (the skin is awesome like that), and also, you don’t see those lines and marks when they’re hidden beneath the fabric. And also, the body gets used to the squeeze. “It’s natural.” No. It’s normal but not natural.

Which is more comfortable, you think?

This isn’t comfortable!

Being a naturist myself, I find myself disliking clothes more and more because of that. Sometimes we all are required to wear those things, but why is it such a problem to wear something comfortable then?

Loose clothing for men

This isn’t accepted in the ‘business sphere’, I know that. The norm dictates the tight pants, the neckties (urgh) and the ‘fitting shirts’. Those don’t ‘fit’ me, though, and I do my best to stay away from them.

Working from home as a default is a good thing that way. I can be naked as much as I want, apart for online meetings too. Wish everyone could be that lucky!
