Free stories

Hello good people.

A while ago, I mentioned putting out some free stories. It's happening.

I designed this cover page for it. It's not 'nude people in your face', but shows the Naturist Symbol, which I thought to be an excellent choice for this naturist promotion.

This set of 3 (very) short stories will be free, but this is a warning specifically for Amazon Kindle readers. Amazon will not allow an author to publish something for free. 99 cents is as low as they will go.

But....

Amazon will price-match publications after some time. Their smart computers scour the other bookstores, and if they encounter the same book for free, they will make it free on Amazon as well.

So Amazon Kindle owners: if you want to throw in 99 cents because you really want to read those stories, I can't and won't stop you. (This is also known as "gimme da money and make me rich so I can finally retire and write even more!" 😂 ) You can opt to wait for a while (I have no idea how long) for it to be free on Amazon. Or you can get it for free from e.g. Smashwords (requires an account but that's free as well), and e-mail the book to your Kindle.

Again, the stories aren't out there yet, but watch this space (well, another post, of course) to find out when it happens they will be on May 18th or thereabouts. 

As this is a freebie, I can't put it out as a preorder for platforms other than Amazon (where it's not free, as explained) so I will start the release for that on Friday morning, hoping it won't take too long to hit Apple, Kobo, B&N etc.

And a note for the people who prefer reading from paper: this one won't go out as a paperback on its own. It's too short for that. You'll have to get the PDF from Smashwords and print it yourself.

I plan on writing more short stories, and may consider creating a paper version when there are six or nine of them.
