Fitness and such
I wrote about fitness and staying in shape before.
Really, it's important. I'm approaching 65 years of age now, and that, for me, requires awareness of how my body works. Oh, it still works. I'm moving, working, doing things, but I plan on keeping that up for a while longer.
That's why I persist in my fitness plan. It changed a bit since that previous post.

And no, I'm not doing things like the gentleman here. Just a forward swing, repeated a number of times, switching legs, that's good enough for me.

The simple weight training with the dumbbells is still there too, it's a good way to build up some more muscle.
I've also added stretches. Simple ones.Β Reaching up with both hands and bending down,

25 to 30 times in one set is good enough, and if I feel good after or during that, I can add some more.
And yes, of course, I do these the natural way. I do all the exercises that way because it's the least restrictive.
This exercise keeps my spine happy, I've already noticed that.
What do you do to stay in shape? If you have good tips that don't involve running (my back and knees doΒ not allow that any more), I'd like to hear. Maybe I can add something more to my exercise plan.
