The happy
No. There's no word missing from the title. I took it from a podcast I'm listening to at the moment. And no, it's not a naturist podcast but one about veganism. How does this work?

The one they're talking about is 'The happy vegan'. He also wrote 'The happy naturist', which - as far as I know - is only available as a Dutch paperback. And yes, this book is listed on the 'Special books' page of this site.
I can easily fill this post with vegan things, because I live that way since many years, but as this is a naturist website, I'll talk about the benefits of motor cycles instead. Or something.
The reason I'm putting this out here is because of his interpretation of 'happy'. It's not primarily about 'you being happy'. That is important of course, because who wants to spend time with a grumpy naturist?
His philosophy is that the world needs to be happier. About everything. Meaning there shouldn't be such strict laws and regulations about harmless things. Being naked is harmless. It doesn't hurt people. Or, it wouldn't 'hurt' people if they hadn't been brought up with this straightjacket of religion, shame and other crap we're facing on a near daily basis. And I'm leaving straightjacket as one word, as I don't mean it as the opposite of a bent jacket. English should grow up and accept longer words, but that's my opinion.

There is no Damocles' sword hanging over everyone to be aware you shall not do this, must do that, don't show skin, only watch nude people in private and all the many other 'rules' we 'have to' follow.
The world is overregulated, most of us know it. Except the ones adding more regulations, probably. We need fewer rules. And more happy.
And this includes naked happy.
