On the joy of being naked
Nudity is permitted beyond this point.

La vida desnuda

Don't worry, I won't continue in Spanish because I don't know enough of it.

Thermometer showing high temperatures
But hooray for the naked life. Last week in Europe it was a bit on the hot side. We call it between 30 and 40C. For Fahrenheiters that is between 86 and 104F. Isn't the service here amazing? I could have let you figure it out yourself. Now you have to trust my temperature calculation script, which in turn makes me wonder how many people will run off to check this.

I spent these days naked. It is the only way to survive and people who put on things so their air conditioning is worth the added heat to the environment should be prosecuted.

Especially the nights in the naked, and with as little white satin as possible, were bearable this way.

So, two weeks no posts. First one because of my vacation in Athens (the real one in Greece), and the second one because of the heat and too much work to focus on anything after that job thing.

The odeon of Herod theatre in Greece, over 2000 years old
In Athens I had the good fortune to go to a theatre performance with two famous Greek artists. The theatre is over 2000 years old and still in use, and the acoustics are stunning. No modern stage with amplifiers and speakers can touch this experience.

I walked a lot there, at least 5km a day (about 3 or so-ish miles and a bit). And it was pretty warm there too but hey, I was there for the first time.

Clothes free would have been better, but you can't have it all, I guess.

I've also been writing (getting to the end of a new story that is for now called 'Sea People') and close to the end of editing Emma Nelson 5. Of course you will ask when Emma Nelson 6 and 7 will come out, to which I answer: hell if I know.

As it's still warm here (walls retain the heat very well) I'm putting an end to this post and wish you well.

Hasta la vida nuda, amigos and amigas!
