Innocence
I've heard this word several times in podcasts lately, and read it in selected places online.

Naturism has an innocence about it.
That made me think. Again, it didn't hurt, I tend to keep that skill up regularly.
What is innocence? The Cambridge Dictionary says:
Innocence is the fact of not being guilty of a crime or the quality of not knowing about the bad things in life.
Looking at the world of late, I'm not sure if this fits the innocence that was mentioned or written. Being nude in a place where it's forbidden can be seen as a crime (although - not in the USA - this usually could only be a minor thing). Not knowing the bad things in life? This might fit if we only focus on naturism. Naturism definitely is not a bad thing in life for those who are into it. Those on the outside either couldn't care less or think it's the worst thing next to peeing in holy water or so.
What I can see in this, is that naturism gives us back a form of innocence. For christians it can feel like a step back into the garden of Eden, where the famous Adam and Eve cruised around naked and unashamed. Innocently.
For others it can be an escape from the rat-race, the 'look at my clothes and position' thing we face on a near daily basis. Without clothes there is no looking at clothes, and so there is not indication of position. That way we're all the same. Well, I'm a bit better than the rest, of course, but let's ignore that for now. 🤭

Does innocence let us pass a border between two worlds, the clothed one and the nudist one?
Or does crossing that border lead us into the area of innocence?
You may also not feel innocent at all, of course. Whatever works for you.
