On the joy of being naked
Nudity is permitted beyond this point.

The Earth is inside you.

I found this online a few days ago. This resonates with me deeply, because we are part of nature. Also a few days ago I came across this part of a poem:

“You're comprised of 84 minerals, 23 Elements & 8 gallons of water spread over 38 trillion cells.

You're built from nothing by the spare parts of the Earth you've consumed according to a set of instructions hidden in a double helix, small enough to be carried by a sperm.

You're recycled butterflies, plants, rocks, streams, firewood, wolf fur & shark teeth, broken down to their smallest parts & rebuilt into our planets most complex living thing.

You're not living on Earth, you are Earth.”

- Aubrey Marcus   *)

Another sign that strengthened my knowledge that we are Earth - if that knowledge needs any strengthening at all. Being a part of nature is something that makes me a naturist. In a way it's locked into the word.

I know that, for many, it's not like that, the word is a replacement for nudist, and that's fine. We're all different, all our own person, but the feeling of being naked, 'natural' in nature, is something that no amount of clothes can come close to.

Lately, I miss that option, to be naked in nature. It's something I almost feel necessary to be fully whole and healthy. Winter is upon us, and the cold isn't something I want to experience in the nude for long.

Feeling the sun and the wind on my skin, knowing that there is life all around me, in every way imaginable, is something wonderful.

Life that is nature, the very 'thing' that made us and that will make so many more of us. And not just things from this Earth, but also the stuff that stars are made of, all that is inside us.

The Southern Hemisphere is currently diving into Spring and Summer. I am sure the people there enjoy it, but I want it back. It will come back. Soon.
