Colourblind

Why do I bring this up? Because of shoes and a children's backpack.
If you're confused now, do read on, it will become clear. I hope. If not, let me know.
I was at a shoemaker's shop, to get some shoes resoled. Good shoes, bad soles, this is the way to handle that. Repair if possible, re-buy if needed. In the shop was a lady who was looking for the right colour backpack for her niece, and it had to go with an orange coat. She asked me if "this one" (no idea what the colour was, it probably wasn't the grey I see) was the right colour, so I told her I thought it would be great, if it wasn't too expensive. I did warn her I was colourblind, so she should check with someone else.
The lady said she'd never want to be colourblind. I don't know if I can't blame her. She has the problem of fussing over the colour of her socks matching her shirt and so on. I don't.

Most naturists are beyond that. Note that I write 'most', not 'all', as there will always be exceptions. Those, who are beyond that, have developed a 'colourblindness' against all such ideas and worries, and lead a much easier and happier life because of it. Like I just put on clothes that fit and are warm enough for the time of year. I don't see the colours, I don't care about them, and if someone has a problem with the colour combination, that's their problem, not mine.
In the same vein, I'm a naturist, and if someone has a problem with it... you guessed it... Their problem. I'm beyond those things. Truth be told, I never really had a bother with them, because nudity feels natural and nice, and all the things we already know about it.
So there you have it. How shoes and a backpack led to this post about 'colourblind' naturists.
How colourblind are you?
