Book review - Clothing Optional
Clothing Optional by Matthew Black
My rating: 5 of 5 stars
I definitely enjoyed this book a lot.
Imagine owning a hotel in a village that has 'modernised' so much that the hotel almost goes out of business. You have to get creative in finding ways to keep the boat afloat.
The owners of the hotel go out of their way to make ends meet, facing problems with the city council's planning department, and a local politician who lives next door.
Well written and funny in places (although a few commas might not hurt :-)
