A-nude and cooking
Okay, this may be a bad one on alive and kicking, but I'm not going to change it.
How many readers of this here blog cook food? And do you do it naked when possible? I would hope so, keeping an eye on safety, of course. No cooking is worth blisters.Especially when it's warm in the house, cooking naked makes all the sense. After all, cooking adds more heat to the heat π and overcooking yourself should best be avoided.
I like cooking. It's a way to switch off all kinds of computer stuff, shove the rest of the world away for some time.
Knowing how to prepare food is important. It keeps you alive.
Of course, you can resort to fast-food, but that's not the best for a person, in my opinion. Processed foods aren't all the fabulous things either, I've been reading a lot about that over the past months. Many supermarkets seem to promote those things like the best happening since sliced bread, or french fries, or something like that, but I'll stick to actual fresh ingredients when I can.Stuff from a jar can come in handy, though. Making sauces is not what I was born to do, that's been proven over the years. π
But chopping up, slicing things, baking, cooking... yes. I'll do that.
It's a kind of meditation. Focussing on what I'm doingΒ for myself, seeing to it that I keep myself healthy. It's important for me. Not specifically because I'm a naturist. That's something many people think, but that's only a tiny part of it. Being healthy is important.
I prefer myself that way, because I feel better that way. And I count myself lucky I can do that. Yes, it takes up time, and time is a precious commodity these days, but I am worth it. I hope you cook too. Good food, and I do understand that people's interpretation of 'good' will vary.If you like making food, I'd like to hear from you. Especially when you're one of those naked chef's as well.
Or are you lost in the kitchen, like the lady here seems to be?
Stay well and safe. And happily naked whenever, wherever you can!
