A new book!
Just when you thought the year was over and nothing new would pop up, a new book does just that. It pops up. Right here, in front of your very eyes.

What is this book about?
Pali has always different and he knows it. He just didn't know why. He also doesn't know why he has the same strange dream recurring so often, which makes him be in a place that can't exist.
Until his parents show him a mirror. That mirror takes him to places he could only dream about, and it makes him meet amazing people and animals. It is the start of a journey through a new world, where an entirely different life awaits him. Magyers, a council, rebels and more are there for Pali. And for you, if you follow him on this trip!
Before I throw a list of shops at you where the book can be found, I want to remind you of a blog post from some time ago. Do have a look here.
Yes, shocking and appalling, I know. I'm sorry for any inconvenience caused by denying Kindle users the ease of simply a tap to purchase from Amazon, but my fear of them ingesting the books I post and the scary idea that they don't only use it for their 'ai' reading assistant (which they already do, no doubt about that) but also for ai-generated new books about my characters is just a few miles too far for me. Amazon won't hesitate doing that. I'm convinced of that.
A good friend of mine once consulted chatgpt and asked that thing about the Naked Crow. It could detail just about everything about Sheila, and upon request it wrote a 300 word short story about Sheila and her family.
Is that what you want? I'd love to hear from you. Also, Kindle users, do you think you want / need this new service from Amazon, to have a machine tell you what you just read? I really want to know.
Meanwhile, you can find the e-book at my own store, Smashwords, Google Play, Kobo, Barnes&Noble, Apple Books.
Note for Kindle users: read this. Yes, you can get it too, without it being on Amazon!
Update: on my own store you can now also download a MOBI file which you can load onto the Kindle. It works.
There is a paperback underway, also outside Amazon (do I hear you grumble yet?), and the links will be posted as soon as I have them. They'll be on the Pali book page, and also on the Books2Read link: https://books2read.com/u/3GRzPa.
I sincerely hope you understand my move and motive. If you disagree, again, let me know. If I'm wrong and keep something important from readers, I need to know.
