Looking forward to the new year and all its possibilities. I don’t know why, but our family tradition going back to my grandmother it to have spareribs and sauerkraut, and hotdogs for the kids, on New Year’s Eve. Strange for an Italian-American family.
All the best to everyone in the New Year. And thanks Paul for your great blog. I hope you keep it up over the new year.
As long as everyone enjoys the tradition there’s nothing wrong with it, Carl Mario.
Enjoy the last hours of the old year and thank you for your kind words. I’ll do what I can to keep things interesting!!

So true, Paul. I will continue to have my sauerkraut and spareribs because it reminds me of family. And that is what’s important.
All the best.
