You can get a hefty fine and face jail time even!<\/p>\n<p>The same goes for Villahermosa in Mexico, even though the fine there is lower than in Singapore.<\/p>\n<p>I don&#8217;t see many readers of this naturist blog moving to either of those places soon.<\/p>\n<p>On the other hand it&#8217;s totally fine for ladies in NYC <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/2013\/05\/16\/nyregion\/a-police-roll-call-reminder-women-may-go-topless.html?_r=0\" target=\"_blank\">to bare their breasts<\/a> in public as long as it&#8217;s recreational and not for &#8216;business&#8217; purposes.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/kategilmour.files.wordpress.com\/2015\/02\/05-underboob.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"  wp-image-16586 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/kategilmour.files.wordpress.com\/2015\/02\/05-underboob.jpg?w=470&amp;h=222\" alt=\"05 Underboob\" width=\"309\" height=\"150\" \/><\/a>In Cleveland, Ohio even the smallest sliver of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.amlegal.com\/nxt\/gateway.dll\/Ohio\/cleveland_oh\/cityofclevelandohiocodeofordinances?f=templates$fn=default.htm$3.0$vid=amlegal:cleveland_oh\" target=\"_blank\">underboob is considered nudity<\/a>.
